What do we do? Komfort divide spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.


Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for an
experienced Administrator to join our busy Leeds office.


The Sales Support Administrator will assist the Sales and Estimating teams in the North, assisting with new enquiries and ensuring estimating quotes and tenders are actively chased and managed with customers.


Duties:


  • Communicating with customers on a daily basis; ensuring excellent customer service is always delivered;
  • Requesting further information from our customer base to assist estimating
  • Creating CRM log/references and setting up project files;
  • Inputting sales orders when required
  • Chasing referral enquiries and quotations
  • Issue third party enquiries to suppliers, and subsequent estimates to customers;
  • General administration of estimates, including formulating and issuing estimates to some customers;

Skills:


  • Administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Experience in an estimating environment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
