Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Assistant to join our team. As a Community Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting community members and ensuring their well-being.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement care plans for community members
  • Provide home care assistance as needed
  • Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Assist in organizing activities within the care home
  • Drive community members to appointments or outings
    Requirements:
  • Experience in creating and implementing care plans
  • Familiarity with home care practices
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
  • Proficiency in English for clear communication
  • Knowledge of care home operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract


Pay:
£12.50-£18.75 per hour
