Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Assistant to join our team. As a Community Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting community members and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement care plans for community members
Provide home care assistance as needed
Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Assist in organizing activities within the care home
Drive community members to appointments or outings
Requirements:
Experience in creating and implementing care plans
Familiarity with home care practices
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
Proficiency in English for clear communication
Knowledge of care home operations
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues

Job Types:

Pay:
£12.50-£18.75 per hour
