An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for a Commercial Manager for a business that is involved in all areas of Aluminium Extrusions; Fabrication, Finishing and Assembly.


The business is part of a forward-thinking organisation who have a very strong and well-respected brand and are part of a multi-million-pound turnover business.

This is a great opportunity to join the organisation as it continues to grow and develop.


As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible initially for a team of 2 people however the aim is to grow that to circa 5 fairly quickly plus you will be measured on individual financial performance as well as the overall team performance plus new clientsyou secure along with further development of key accounts.


You will work with a customer base of clients in sectors such as the Architectural market, the Commercial sector, the Construction industry and the Automotive sector so experience of these sectors would be beneficial.

Also, though, if you have a track recordin other markets this will be welcomed and encouraged.


This role offers excellent and varied opportunities for career progression into more senior positions throughout the company but also the wider group, so the successful applicant will be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual who is hungry, thriveson a challenge and enjoys making profit for his company.


You will have strong Sales, Commercial or Sales Management background in Aluminium Extrusions, Aluminium or Aluminium Products, Value Added Services including Machining, Light Engineering or Fabrication Services, Heat Exchange or Heat Treatment or you willhave experience of selling Other Types of Metals or something Engineering related.


The key selling points of the role are there are very high bonus opportunities within the role, there are varied progression routes in the business and the wider group and the group is very financially robust and you are given complete freedom and autonomywithin the business, so you are encouraged to come up with new ideas and look into new revenue streams also.
