What we are looking for:

We are looking for a positive, passionate, and enthusiastic Mobility Driver to join our team.

Responsibility:

We are looking for a Motability driver to support our current full time care and support staff.

You will act as the second staff member on activities and social events.

Driving the Motability cars of the service users, you will support with activities and social events in the community. You will help to prepare a packed lunch and support the service user to the car. You will take the service user shopping, cinema, picnics beach days etc. You will help arrange and organise outings and activities. When completed you will need to write daily progress notes on the activity. You will always work with another support worker who will be experienced in the needs of the service user.
