What you'll do:

As a Lending Adviser, you'll be working closely with relationship management teams to generate business from customers and prospective customers.

Day-to-day, you'll be helping to shape transactions and prepare, and manage lending cases through to their drawdown.

Your responsibilities will include:

Fully implementing processes including limit renewals, lending and security documentation and new lending fulfilments
Building & maintaining great relationships across departments to ensure collaboration
Contribute to a strong control environment
Working with relationship managers to complete all required steps, including instructing valuations, security and credit documentation

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for someone who has an understanding of credit and account opening systems and processes. In order to deliver excellent customer service, you'll have strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
