SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION)

Required for our service in BOLTON BL1

FULL TIME hours per week (sleep ins required)

£22, £24, based on 38.5 hours per week paid at £11.00ph to £12.00ph) and an additional

£7, based on 10 sleeps per month paid at £62.50 per sleep)

Hourly rate £ £12.00 per hour (addition of £62.50 per sleep) averaging 10 sleeps per month.

We are looking for committed, motivated and resilient Support Workers who have a passion and ambition to support young people aged 16 to 19, who are transitioning from residential or foster care, present as homeless or are unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.

Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination.

Experience & Qualifications
