Description

Just as important is your ability to balance strategy with implementation and being able to get things done in a fast paced environment where delivering on time is critical.


You will work closely with all other areas of the marketing team including performance marketing, marketplace trading, brand and CRM, as well as across functions, particularly merchandising and buying.


Key responsibilities:
Work closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, CRM and Paid Media to ensure alignment of the eCommerce trading plans with the marketing plans, CX, promotions and campaigns to ensure a coherent customer experience and trading opportunities are maximised

Continually develop and optimise an innovative and 'frictionless' online store that will deliver a seamless experience and will turn first time visitors into customers and returning customers


Optimise online conversion by developing effective customer journeys across multiple devices and be responsible for identifying and implementing the optimal tech stack to deliver this.

Continually review web analytics to gain insight into user behaviours and product performance and deploy appropriate trading strategies.

Provide regular reporting of onsite analytics and translate insights into clear strategies and tactics to improve performance

Manage the global stores (currently US, DE, IT) and be responsible for helping to identify new market / country opportunities through customer insight

Work with Dev team (external) on more complex integrations, fixes and bugs

Audit our online channels to ensure policies, procedures and standards are met, making recommendations and taking appropriate action

Good mixture of creative and analytical skills and track record of improving revenue and sales performance of ecommerce websites.

Solid UX knowledge, experience and traction including CRO, AB testing, basket optimisation, SEO

Strong commercial acumen, able to focus on the bottom line impact of trading strategies

Enjoys Data Analysis and Interprets into clear actions

Customer focused - thinks customer first in designing UX journeys

Self-motivated and sets high standards for self and others

You have:
5+ years' experience managing / leading e-commerce / digital retail;
Fully operational to leading edge experience with Analytical / CRO tools like Google Analytics, HotJar etc;
Fully operational experience of demand creation and optimisation of inbound sales channels using Paid Media & CRM;
Fully operational experience of international e-commerce trading requirements;

You might have:
Experience in fashion/Apparel

Global experience (USA, Europe)

Multi-Language skill
