Our client are a family owned organisation who have grown their business to become one of the UK's leading Mechanical & Electrical services contractors whilst maintaining their family values.


They are seeking an experienced
Commercial Plumber to undertake repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing and heating systems in domestic and commercial properties across
The North East.



Main responsibilities of the Commercial Plumber;

  • To undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers and other appliances, installations and associated works.
  • To acquire quotes for stock from authorized suppliers, materials required to undertake works through the approved order system
  • To complete all relevant training and certifications as required by regulations as and when required.
  • To maintain regular contact with the site supervisor and works coordinators to obtain instructions and resolve working problems.
  • To record completed works and maintain an accurate records of work carried out including measurements and calculations.

The successful Commercial Plumber will have the following:

  • Knowledge of PPM's and reactive building maintenance.
  • Level 3 Plumbing qualification
  • Qualified in other trades would be beneficial
  • A Full driving licence.
  • A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
  • The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
  • Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working.
  • A commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Willing to partake in all building services disciplines.

    £38,000:
