Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged with our prestigious client based in

Glasgow City Centre. They are currently hiring a

Payroll Administrator, and offering a competitive

£30,000. The company operates on a

hybrid work model and has an excellent benefits package.


The Company
They are a professional services firm that have offices spread across the UK.


The Role

  • Full endtoend payroll
  • Monthly.
  • Answering all payroll queries and questions
  • Processing payroll benefits
  • Building relationships with stakeholders

Musts:


  • An understanding of Student Loans and the legislation around them and knowing what Plan should be used for deductions.
  • Knowledge of tax bands in Scotland and England and confident in explaining why someone may have moved into a new tax band in a pay period.
  • Able to calculate tax/NI manually out with the payroll system (we do have additional software for this but would like someone to have this ability)


  • Shared parental leave

  • Any experience of this would be great.

Would be nice to have:
