Ortus Recruitment is working closely with a wonderful primary school based in the heart of Hounslow.

Our partner school is warm and welcoming with a brilliant attitude of team work across all staff members, they are Ofsted rated Good, with and Outstanding Early Years provision.

They are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a Reception pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis.

The child is pre verbal, so experience with speech and language development and techniques such as PECS would be of great value.

The successful Teaching Assistant must;

  • Have experience working in a school setting.
  • Be comfortable and confident supporting Autism.
  • Have knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Be a team player
  • Be proactive, reliable and flexible.
