Temporary assignment until approx. 31 March 2023 | £11.59 per hour (Scale E) | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid working
We currently have an opportunity through our temporary staff bank for a Temporary
Service Delivery Assistant. This post will be for approx. 3 months.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our busy IMT Configuration and Asset Team.


The role involves a high level of customer contact as the IMT Configuration and Asset Team is responsible for managing the IMT assets across Norfolk County Council.


The role requires you to provide and efficient and effective delivery of the functions of Asset Management, enabling enquiries and requests at all levels to be dealt with in a timely manner to assist in the timely resolution of their request.


You will need to have the ability to work independently and as part of a team providing an efficient and accurate entry and recording of key IMT data and collation of information to support the progression of requests to customers which include NCC Members, Chief Officers, staff, school staff and users from partner organisations.

Proven experience of delivering in a busy environment and experience of using a Service Management system is essential. An ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.


You must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of customers from different services and IMT colleagues in a pressurised environment.
