Scottish Water is looking to recruit a full time Workflow Administrator within the Customer Response and Streetworks team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced reactive team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role


As a Workflow Administrator your role is to provide administrative support within the Customer Response and Streetworks team, in order to help drive outstanding customer service and outperform other key regulatory targets.

This role will be based at our Glasgow office (The Bridge), which is located in Stepps.

The key day to day duties of the role include:

  • Supporting Risk Technicians and other interdependent functions by the timely and comprehensive preparation of work packs for all planned and reactive activities.
  • The input of data into the Works and Asset Management System (WAMS), including the generation of work requests and work orders.
  • Ensuring that work volumes progressing through the Works and Asset Management System and Salesforce are kept up to date, and within customer service level agreements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all information which progresses through Salesforce and where required interrogate systems and engage with stakeholders to amend any inaccuracies.
  • Processing of Ironwork jobs and close liaising with our Alliance partners on all jobs.
  • Providing support to other team members within the department to allow us to collectively enhance both customer and stakeholder experience in line with our targets and aspirations.
  • Driving customer experience through communication of progress to customers.


All of this should be done whilst keeping in mind the goal of achieving a first time fix for our customers.

To be successful in this role you will

The salary range for this role is £21,053 - £28,425 which is dependent on your skills and experience.
