Description
Our client is looking for Inside Sales on a permanent staff basis, located in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.


ROLE
Provide support to the internal sales team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate sales related documents including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
  • Respond to customer enquiries for product information, availability, order status and pricing in a timely manner
  • Communicate order progress with customers
  • Liaise with Distribution team to ensure correct products are supplied
  • Support regional sales team
  • Ensure responses are given within the required time frame
  • Prices given in accordance with Company rules and customer agreements
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork completed with the correct details and in accordance with quality procedures
  • Ensure sales invoices are prepared in a timely & accurate manner
  • Ensure deliveries are made to meet customer requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player
  • Customer focus
  • Working knowledge of Navision system
  • Understanding of deadline achievements

Experience (essential):


  • Previous experience in the same or similar commercial discipline (or equivalent): Engineering/Drilling/Consumables/Oilfield/Customer Service
