About Our Client:
My client is a global manufacturing business who are industry-leaders designing and delivering beautiful, innovative products to last a lifetime.
_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Collect and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality control and process improvement._
- _Assist quality engineers in data gathering, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for improvement._
- _Prepare presentations, PowerPoints, and graphs to visually communicate quality-related information._
- _Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and coordinate internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality processes and procedures._
- _Utilise the ERP system (EFACS) to track and monitor quality-related activities._
- _Manage the gathering and analysis of customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed._
- _Support the development and maintenance of lean and six sigma methodologies across the manufacturing plants._
- _Maintain an understanding of manufacturing processes and the impact of quality control on production._
The Successful Applicant:
_ Requirements:
_
- _ Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail._
- _Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience working in an ISO compliant environment._
- _Previous experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance systems._
- _Knowledge of quality control methodologies such as lean and six sigma is preferred._
- _Proficiency in using computer software to generate reports, presentations, and data analysis (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems)._
- _Excellent communication skills to collaborate with quality engineers and cross-functional teams._
- _Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment._
- _Qualified internal auditor or lead auditor certification is a plus._
