The Retail Programmes Team are part of the Market & Business Operations function within Commercial Organisation. We have responsibility for the measurement of Retailer performance and for the creation, improvement & maintenance of Retailer processes. These processes support the Retailer Journey and are the bedrock of Client Experience measurement.


This busy, friendly team are responsible for; Retailer Balanced Scorecard, Retailer Performance Tool Kit, Mystery Shop Programme, Variable Retailer Margin Programme, Retailer Standards Programme, Retailer Performance Management Programme, Approved Pre-Owned and the Business Sales Programme.

Everything we do supports the transformation of JLR at Retailer level.

We achieve Modern Luxury through Retailer Standards; they are a key driver in our transformation. Measuring adherence to standards ensures every retailer represents JLR consistently. Ensuring our network meets our standards, ultimately improves the Client Experience.

This key role, assumes responsibility for ensuring the ongoing development & implementation of the Retail Standards programme globally, join us & be part of the transformation.


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Coordinate the implementation of the global Retail Standards programme, consistently with a Customer First and Modern Luxury mindset to support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
  • Develop, deliver and manage a robust process and governance framework to continually drive efficiencies and improvements for more effective ways of working.
  • Support the governance process by working with Markets throughout to ensure related Exemptions/Translations/Implementation Guides are managed as required.
  • Develop audit approach & content with stakeholders to align to evolving business requirements including all existing and new retail formats and programmes, and GTM strategy.
  • Lead crossfunctional engagement and stakeholder management ensuring project delivery to required timescale, quality and cost whilst adding value and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate the operation & delivery of the supplier contract, including management of the budget, SAP.
  • Ensure the RS-AP system/platform is fit for purpose and that standards & supporting materials are maintained updated to deliver the Retail Standards programme.
  • Identify future programme opportunities and coordinate the development and actions necessary to implement these.
  • Represent Retailer Standards at meetings and support collation of input for key business/departmental meetings ensuring material is accurate and of a high standard.
  • Use wider business experience to guide and help others to identify potential alternative solutions to problems occurring on their project.
