Based out of their impressive Liverpool offices but offering agile, hybrid working, my client is seeking to add a talented HR Business Partner to their dynamic team.

You will be a true HR Generalist and draw upon your blend of operational and strategic experience.

This includes developing operational/functional expertise, organisational design, change management as well as policy development, process improvement and providing expert advice at the most senior level and complex ER issues.

You will build strong working relationships and to be able to coach and influence at a senior level. Therefore, communication is key.
