Our Teesside office is looking to recruit an Internal Sales position to support our Operations Manager for North East England.
As Internal Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating sales enquiries while developing and maintaining good customer and supplier relationships.
- Processing of customer enquiries and orders.
- Sourcing and procurement of nonstock materials for customer requirements.
- Managing and achieving materials delivery and process deadlines.
- Ensuring customer problems or queries are resolved efficiently.
- Ensuring that all records and files are accurately maintained.
- Undertaking other general administrative tasks as and when required.
- Have a track record of Internal Sales within the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
- Be detailorientated, organised and analytical.
- Be outgoing, serviceorientated, selfmotivated, and able to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels.
- Be computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office Packages.
