About Our Client:

My client are an Legal Firm based in Weybridge


Responsibilities for the Business Support Coordinator:

  • Assiting the office with admin tasks
  • Providing a point of contact for clients to provide accounting records
  • Bookingin clients records and checking that all necessary items received
  • Liaise with the client for accounts queries and missing information
  • Preparation of departmental client administration
  • Ensure contact details on the database are up to date and correct
  • Liaise with facilitator in Weybridge to ensure smooth running of office

The Successful Applicant:


  • Admin experience
  • Industry experience (Ideally)
