Description

Responsibilities:


  • Make daily calls to follow up on quotes and address customer inquiries.
  • Handle and manage supplier leads on the portal.
  • Dedicated time for this task on Tuesdays and Fridays, managing specified number of leads each day.
  • Generate daily quotes to support sales activities.
  • Log calls, opportunities, and tasks into the CRM system for efficient tracking.
  • Oversee content in the Facebook Installer Group and actively engage with relevant discussions.

Training Management:


  • Track deliveries and handle customer inquiries related to returns.
  • Manage and respond to inbound activity on the Replenishh Sales Inboxes.
  • Process customer orders efficiently to ensure smooth sales operations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
From £12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Colchester, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
