Our Award winning client currently is recruiting for Product Owners for the UKs #1 digital solutions provider to support the end-to-end delivery of some of the most cutting-edge and complex digital transformations currently ongoing in the UK


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that requirementsgathering, refinement and prioritisation processes are
effective.

  • Responsible for owning the endtoend product backlog and takes responsibility for story quality
and maturity.

  • Experience devising goaloriented roadmaps, gaining buyin from stakeholders and instilling a
focus on MVP

  • Experience leading on the collaborative breakdown of goals into small pieces of valuedelivering
work

  • Experience leading product teams ensuring the product vision and goals are understood
  • Experience in shaping the approach taken in a range of phases of the software development
lifecycle - analysis, acceptance, launch and live ops

  • Proven ability to lead, providing direction and promoting good product management practices,
across one or more agile teams.

  • Actively supports and builds relationships with product and programmelevel business
stakeholders

  • Experience implementing appropriate tools/standards/techniques for business analysis and
requirements gathering, securing appropriate buy-in from our internal teams and theclient

  • Facilitates workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Responsible for working with delivery leads and solution architects to managing scope within
commercial constraints eg. cost restrictions or project deadlines.

  • Strong commercial awareness alongside active participation in revenue or salesgenerating activity

Requirements:


  • As much interest in managing people as managing products
  • Working directly with clients, ideally in a Consultancy with multiple services
  • Indepth knowledge and experience of Lean and Agile processes
  • Articulate a problem and help others to do it. You know how to build problemsolving capabilities in others
  • Able to lead a team, overcoming constraints to become high performing
  • Designing, facilitating and leading workshops to shape vision and set direction
  • Working within multidisciplinary teams with product, design, and technology working within the same cycles
  • Agile and lean practices such as Lean UX, Scrum, XP, and/or Kanban
  • Showcasing and presentation skills
  • Evidence of selfdevelopment we value keen learners
  • Drive to deliver outcomes for users
  • Desire to mentor others
  • Empathy and people skills
  • Assist sales and marketing team with product knowledge

Desirable:

  • Hands on experience in another discipline within software development, for example developer, tester or support engineer.
  • Experience working on client site daytoday
  • Active participant in communities of interest (e.g. online groups, speaking at conferences etc.)

Benefits Package:

  • Negotiable Salary of up to £80,000 £95,000 (Dependant on experience + interview performance) 10% 15% Annual Bonus
