Description

We are currently working with a growing Healthcare organisation seeking to a appoint a business analyst to support with a transformation project that will review and improve existing organizational processes through audits and interviews with staff surroundingindividuals practice and the existing processes.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract for this project.

Business Analyst Core Responsibilities Include:

Map, analyse and evaluate business processes and workflows identifying opportunities to improve and/or automate these.
Facilitate and lead process workshops that involve understanding process requirements and liaise with users
Present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion and implementation
Create project diagrams, including Business Process Models, Wireframes, User Stories and other technical specifications where required
Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance
Working in partnership with business units to help them record their current and define their future operating models from a 'process' perspective; and working with Project / Programme managers to support delivery plans
Liaise with internal teams across the business ensuring a matrix working approach is embedded across projects
Interact with internal stakeholders at operational level, managing relationships and service delivery to demanding levels of expectation

For this the client is offering a salary up to £50,000 per annum pro rata for this 6 month contract.

The successful applicant can be based in Manchester or Birmingham or London, travel will be required across the country to conduct interviews and meet with senior colleagues at other sites so a driving license is required for this position.
