We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent
Area Highways Representative to join our
Sheffield account.

Our Transport Infrastructure business supports National Highways, Local Authority Highways, Highways Scotland and Rail customers.

The
Area Highways Representative plays an important part in the team by owning the complete customer experience for an individual geographical area & being the focal point in the delivery of Amey services.


The standard hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

You will be responsible for:


  • Acting as the frontline engagement for individual geographical areas & engaging fully with local communities & groups
  • Liaising & building a working relationship with elected members, community assemblies & other community groups e.g., resident & tenant associations
  • Taking ownership for the progression of Project Network issues, through the operational teams
  • Assisting in the development of works programmes for maintenance & improvements, to maintain & improve the value of the Project Network
  • Monitoring issues & managing customer perceptions/expectations
  • Attending various Community Assembly & stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring the Confirm AHR dashboard is continually updated & the status of all enquiries is monitored/managed
  • Supporting the education centre through the delivery of workshops & presentations
