HR Officer - Generalist
London - St Pauls
Permanent - Full Time - Hybrid (2 days WFH)
Salary up to £37,000 + Benefits (depending on experience)
Requirements:
To provide comprehensive generalist HR advice and administration support to the Head of HR and managers, including coordinating recruitment campaigns, supporting with any employee relations cases and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Generating contracts of employment and other related HR correspondence
- Supporting the logistics around recruitment processes, liaising with line managers, arranging interview dates
- Working alongside the Head of HR, be a key contact for recruitment partners, including advertising and recruitment agencies, and negotiate where necessary all terms of business to ensure recruitment solutions are high quality and cost effective.
- Act as the first port of call for HR queries from internal staff members, answering routine queries and forwarding more complex cases.
- Managing some HR casework and supporting managers to ensure compliance with HR Policies the relevant employment legislation, escalating cases to the Head of HR if the case is, or becomes, complex for support, advice or to hand over the case.
Skills and Person Specification:
- Interpersonal skills: This is a position which is employee facing and will involve liaison with employees at every level in the Company. The role holder needs to be proactive, friendly and approachable with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Office Skills
- Proficient in Windows 365, and particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using HR or Payroll databases would be useful.
- Experience of working in a recruitment, HR and administrative role, including the use of HR information management systems and data analysis skills

Salary:
£32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
