Tate Recruitment are working in partnership with Diligenta and are recruiting for talented Customer Service Representatives to join their organisation in Edinburgh.

Standard Life, now part of Diligenta is a UK based FCA regulated subsidiary of Tate Consultancy Services (TCS), and is a brand that has been trusted to look after peoples life savings and retirement needs for nearly 200 years and specialises in the provision of business process services for the Life and Pensions Industry.


Today, they serve millions of customers, who come to them directly, through advisers and through their employer pension scheme, and they're proud of the consistent high-level of customer service they provide.

They are now looking to recruit temporary customer service representatives to join them on a full time basis.


Role responsibilities

  • Providing all policyholders with excellent customer service at every step of their relationship with Diligenta.
  • Keeping track of a mailbox
  • Coordinating with other teams and departments to help the policy holder find a solution
  • Acting professionally when conversing with Fiancale representatives or policyholders.
  • Embrace responsibility for duties you are given and keep an eye on activity
