Chetwynd House is a state of the art, luxury 75-bed care home, that opened in December 2017, offering award-winning, high-quality residential and dementia care.
As the Care Coordinator in our luxury residential and dementia care home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and seamless delivery of care services to our residents.
We pride ourselves on delivering a personalized and compassionate approach to care, ensuring that each resident's unique needs and preferences are met with utmost dignity and respect.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can ensure the highest standard of care for our esteemed residents.We are recruiting a Care Coordinator;
- Salary up to
£26,325 Annum - 37.5 hours per week
- Alternate weekend work required

What we are looking for;
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Previous Senior Care Assistant experience (essential)
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
