Campbell Tickell are working with a Local Authority based in London who are seeking an Interim Head of Repairs to join their team.

Job Title: Interim Head of Repairs

Onsite Presence: Hybrid

  • 4 days on site and 1 day remote.

Start date: As soon as possible.


Key responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and lead repairs teams, including planning and administration, Direct Labour Organization (DLO), customer feedback team, surveyors, and contract management.
  • Manage activities and expenditures to ensure a reliable repairs service for both residential and nonresidential properties.
  • Collaborate with all departments and residents to modernize and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the repairs service.
  • Improve repairs performance, customer satisfaction, and inhouse workforce productivity.
  • Operate according to the company's delegation scheme and internal control framework.

Essential Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:


  • Skilled in engaging and using various communication methods with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in engaging and communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels through various methods.
  • Previous experience working in a local authority or in the housing sector.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£350.00-£440.00 per day
