My client who is based in central Southampton is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis.

My client is a large and well established business in the heart of the city.


Description
As the temporary Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Responding to queries
  • Escalating queries where necessary
  • Providing first class customer service at all times

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Be comfortable working in a role which is predominantly phone based
  • Ideally have a background working in a similar role
  • Be available to start either immediately or on short notice
