Job Title:
Experienced Cleaner (DBS Required) - Temporary to Permanent

Location:
Metrocentre, Gateshead, NE11

Hours: 12 hours per week; Monday to Saturday (06:30 - 08:30)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and experienced cleaner to join our team at the Metrocentre, Gateshead.

This role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record in cleaning and is looking to secure a position that could lead to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all designated areas to a high standard.
Maintain cleanliness in a variety of environments, ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic.
Careful management of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and kept in good condition.
Identify and report any potential safety hazards or repair needs to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cleaning role.
Must possess a valid DBS certificate.
High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills are essential.

Hours Required:
Monday to Saturday, 2 hours each day from 06:30 to 08:30. Sundays off.

Total of 12 hours per week.
Salary: £10.90 per hour.
