Duties

  • To ensure the smooth operation of the client site.
  • To ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations.
  • To process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room management system.
  • To ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met, providing a five star meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants.
  • To work as part of the Front of House team maintaining fivestar standards.
  • To assist in the training of where necessary other Client Services and Network Team Members.
  • To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines.
  • To lead by example at all times and be a role model for the team.
  • To maintain excellent working relationships with the other onsite contractors.
  • To maintain excellent working relationships with the tenants and designated tenant contact points within the building.

SITE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Concierge responsibilities:


  • Printer access control for client staff.
  • Receiving couriers (occasionally) and contacting recipients.
  • Assisting with AV requests
  • Control and issuing of flip charts, whiteboards
  • Provide details of any stationery required for Reception/Visitor areas

Hospitality responsibilities

  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Receiving deliveries (checking packaging, storage, recycling)
  • Checking stock, rotation & temperature control
  • Food & beverage service to meeting rooms
  • Dishwasher use & General surface cleaning in the kitchens
  • Equipment management; coffee machines, vending machines; reporting any issues the Facilities team (client) in terms of fault, replacement in the absence of CS TL
  • Weekly processing of hospitality and free issue invoices.
  • Completing of weekly, monthly food & hospitality reports
  • Keeping an up to date coffee tally and meeting room catering orders spreadsheet
  • Occasional additional tasks include; Cloakroom management, helping Facilities Team, post etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour
