Description

Established in 1978 and based on the Sheepbridge Trading Estate, Crown Products are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality advertising and promotional products.

We currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Screen Printer to join our production team.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a highly accurate and motivated individual to learn a trade in a dynamic and interesting industry.

Training will be provided to undertake the following duties:

Preparation and priming of imported stock ready for rotary or flat bed screen printing.
Setting up, adjusting and operating various screen printing machines.
Ink mixing and PMS colour matching.
Screen Making and Maintenance.
Quality inspections to ensure products and print are of the highest quality standards.
Performing routine maintenance checks and ensuring Health and Safety standards are complied with.

Desired Skills:

Technically minded with a good eye for detail.
Reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Capable of operating machinery efficiently and safely.
Must be flexible with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work at a fast pace in an efficient manner as part of a small team.

Salary:

Meets National Minimum Wage.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4.30pm.

Location:

Sheepbridge Trading Estate, Chesterfield.
Spacious on site car park.
