Description
Relief Switchboard/Helpdesk Operator required, who is available to work days, weekends, nights and evenings on a relief basis. 37.5 hours per week providing holiday and sickness cover.


Job includes answering external and internals calls in a busy hospital setting, paging Doctors, Responding to emergency requests, Reading and understanding rotas.

Logging jobs for the porters and estates department and responding to emergency alarms.

You will require excellent communication skills, Good telephone manner, flexibility, be able to work under pressure as a team or on your own initiative.

Reliability and good time keeping is essential.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£10.90-£11.90 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 37.5 per week
