The Role


As Programme Coordinator you will support the programme leadership team in developing and delivering new ways of working to support HVMC's industrial transformation strategy.


This role will be responsible for:
Operating programme and project reporting processes, through scheduling, data gathering, and report compilation.
Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures and transactions.
Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, ensuring project deadlines are meet in a timely manner
Project administration.


The Person
Have previous proven experience as a programme coordinator or relevant experience in project management or a similar position.
Cope well with uncertainty, you are resilient with the ability to hold on to the bigger picture.
Have knowledge of programme management and development procedures, including budgeting, reporting and developing programmes.
Be adept at adapting your communication style to gather key information from multi-disciplinary and diverse teams.
Can thrive in a supportive but fast paced, tight deadline environment.
Experience of public/private sector project requirements/reporting needs.
Consider yourself well organised, self-disciplined and methodical.
