Description

Meditemp are looking for dedicated and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurses to work within a team across the Guildford Area of Surrey.

Community Psychiatric Nurses will join a multidisciplinary team, working alongside other care professionals, care coordinating groups of clients within the area.


This position is a full time Monday to Friday 0900hrs-1700hrs placement for - 6 months with a possibility of extension.


Community Psychiatric Nurse essential skills:


  • Implement evidencebased care plans and risk assessments
  • The ability to implement and share best practice of local policy across multi agency platforms
  • The ability to build and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
  • Knowledge and experience of clinical and management supervision.
  • Good organisation and problemsolving skills
  • Manage and communicate sensitive information effectively
  • Effective team work skills

Meditemp requires you to have:


  • A minimum of 6 months recent experience working as a community psychiatric nurse for Adults
  • NMC registration
  • Eligibility to work within the UK
