- Take ownership of processing invoices we receive from suppliers
- Ensure that invoices are cleared for payment by checking against purchase orders
- Taking pride in ensuring invoices are coded and entered onto our Sage accounting package correctly
- Pull together the information for a payment run to pay suppliers
- Maintain direct debit paperwork
- Help our Claims team with the documentation they need to give to funders
- Process credit card, prepayment card and petty cash transactions and proactively chasing up queries and receipts
- General filing and scanning and any other special finance tasks that crop up
What do we need from you?
- Experience of working in a finance role
- Good technical experience of excel and an accountancy package, preferably Sage.
- Be a great communicator
- Well organized and can meet realistic deadlines
- Genuinely want to do your best pride in being accurate
- Not afraid to ask if you're not sure
- Work well with others
