Marketing Director - Lancashire (Hybrid Working - c.3 days in office) - c.£60,000 - Marketing
Our client is a large, highly reputable and values driven business, based in Lancashire. Their key values are caring, compassionate, and committed as they work creatively with organisations, businesses, charities and local people.


With a focus on CRM, this person will look to improve communications and automation and work closely with their team and the wider business to understand the full customer journey.

This role will communicate to a wide number of stakeholders and will workto bring all touchpoints together with consistent messaging and fresh ideas.

You would be joining a fantastic business who are doing incredible things.

Their established team are keen to welcome someone onboard to bring a renewed focus to the marketing andcomms division within the business.

This person will lead across attraction and retention strategies, creating compelling campaigns alongside growing engagement through events, online content and social media.


Responsibilities

  • Lead across marketing, communications and engagement so that the brand message is consistent and clearly communicated
  • Improve the marketing strategy with the aim of developing the brand, growing revenue and raising awareness
  • Utilise CRM to improve communications and automation
  • Grow existing and generate new income from building awareness and growing engagement through new and existing channels including events, online and social media
  • Make sure the brand is consistent with the experience and reflects the reputation
  • Improve user experience by developing content and strategy on internal and external channels
  • Be a fantastic manager, providing advice and support to your team and the wider business
  • Provide insights and reports

Experience

  • Education or degree in relevant field such as marketing or communications or equivalent work experience
  • Significant communications or multichannel marketing experience
  • Experience developing integrated and audienceled social media, branding and messaging strategies that successfully target key audiences
  • Ability to use CRM to create campaigns
  • Ability to lead a team and create a high performing and supportive culture
  • You must have experience managing budgets and hitting KPI's
