Are you a dedicated and reliable teaching assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in secondary education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and work as a Teaching Assistant in a vibrant secondary school located in Workington.

Teaching Assistant

Location:
Workington

Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm with a 30-minute break

Pay:
£78-£90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Provide valuable support to teachers and students across year groups 71
Demonstrate flexibility to cover daytoday, shortterm, or longterm assignments.
Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Foster student engagement and academic progress through oneonone and group interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and strategies.
Flexibility to cover different year groups and adapt to changing schedules.
A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of young minds.
