Reed are pleased to be supporting a highly successful business whose main focus is wholesale and distribution of products worldwide.
They are currently looking for a Credit Control Team Leader and are based in Leeds.Day to day responsibilities:
- Support the training and development of team members
- Hold regular one to one performance reviews with the team
- Appropriate team KPI setting and monitoring
- Ensure a proactive approach to collecting outstanding debt
- Assist with workload priority of the Credit Control Team
- Ensure the team keep accurate records on chasing and payments
- Management and monitoring of the new customer accounts
- Ensuring strong relationships are maintained with customers and internal colleagues
- Manage own portfolio of accounts ensuring outstanding debts are collected in line with company policy
- Deal with escalated queries in an effective manner
- Effective management of the team and their allocated accounts
