Description
We have a number of fantastic opportunities to recruit passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Health Care Support Workers that are excited to be part of the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division.
You will become part of a multi-disciplinary team that is committed to promoting rehabilitation and recovery for individuals with complex needs in a variety of settings, including, open and locked rehabilitation wards, adult acute inpatient wards, psychiatric intensive care unit, older adult dementia and functional units, and learning disability inpatient and residential units.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested and committed to delivering care within a psychologically informed environment and will enhance already acquired skills.
What you will getAnnual salary of £ hour weeks) depending on experience.
28 days annual leave rising to 34 days after 10 years' service plus 8 bank holidays.

Please also note that we do require you to be fully flexible so that you are able to work the rotational shifts covering days, nights and weekends

Whilst experience of working within a mental health or learning disability setting would be desirable it is not essential - it's more about what you can bring to the role.

Successful applicants will have excellent assessment, observation and communication skills and be committed to professional development.If not already in possession of an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care, there is a requirement for you to work towards this qualification.
