We're looking for a General Foreman to join our Regional Civils team to help deliver a sustainable drainage project in Mansfield.

Responsibilities
As General Foreman, you'll be working within the Regional Civils team, reporting to the Works Manager carrying out the supervision & management of a defined unit of site resources to deliver the construction
Your day to day will include:
- Managing safety on site including giving inductions and effective Toolbox Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work Risk Assessments to site operatives.
- Managing and mentoring Section Foreman
- Actively contribute to the performance monitoring of the Subcontractors.
- Allocating duties to site operatives
- Maintain daily records of site activities and liaise with the line managers to produce information for progress reports
What do we need from you?
This role of General Foreman is great for you if:
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card -Experienced Supervisor or Manager.
- Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
