Description

Our client in Long Crendon is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join them at the end of April 24.

(Interviews to start around 17th April 2024) on a 6 Month Contract.

This is an opportunity to be a key member of a close-knit team in a small but busy and growing company.

You will be required to pick and pack incoming orders
Label and complete orders for dispatch
Highlight any stock issues or queries
Prepack bulk product for picking
Assist with stock take activities
Liaise with sales support staff on customer order issues
General maintenance of the warehouse area and assist with other administrative duties.

You will need to have:

Strong attention to detail and ability to pick items accurately
Good arithmetic and reading skills
Good English language and communication skills
Proficient in computer use and comfortable learning new software, training will be given
Conscientious, thorough, and able to integrate well in a small team
Flexible and enthusiastic attitude required.
Previous experience in warehouse picking and packing experience essential
Experience of using computerised order management systems desirable and familiarity with autoelectrical components would be useful.

Working hours are Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Salary 22-24k per annum Pro Rata
