**Customer Service Advisor
Wells
£22,000 + Annual Bonus

Office based**My client is one of the UKs leading insurance providers, Helping customers and clients - providing services to make their lives easier and hassle-free.

A company where you can go through training, progression and development within.


The role:


  • Working within commercial insurance
  • Dealing with existing and new customers
  • Amendments of existing policies
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, but not essential).
  • Customer Service Experience within a commercial or retail role.
  • Sales Experience preferable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • A flexible, peopleorientated approach to everything you do.
  • Organised, and a good ability to prioritise and timemanage effectively.
  • Strong I.T. literacy (MS Word/Excel).
  • Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
