With a huge demand for tax advice in this area this team are keen on both Assistant Managers and Managers to join their expanding team

The Focus:
Private Equity Backed Business

What they do:
This team focus on advising private equity backed companies post deal. They refer all post acquisition work to the PE backed team, where they continue the relationship.

The Clients:

Clients range from smaller UK focussed businesses that have received their first round of investment to significant multinational household names.

The team advise all sectors, with a bias towards technology, media, retail, leisure and businessservices.


The Opportunity:
You might have experience in a transactions team or already be experienced in advising portfolio companies.

Either way, you will be excited by the idea of providing value to their clients throughout their lifecycle, whether that be assisting with all theimmediate post-acquisition actions, advising them on their growth phase with bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings, carve-outs and disposals and getting them ready for their next exit.


You will become part of a dynamic and successful team, and help the practice continue to grow the firm's presence in this large and important sector of the UK economy.


Tax advice to private equity backed companies is a core area of focus and growth for this firm in the UK and globally.

This means that you will have plenty of development opportunities as well as the chance to learn and work with the market leaders.
