Logistics Executive (Imports), Maidenhead: Dealing with all B2B customer queries and logistics matters to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with the import of goods manufactured in China
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pickup and delivery of shipments
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, and timelines
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
  • Providing import and export documentation
  • Answering customer queries
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and maintain electronic databases
  • Other admin support where required.

The Successful Applicant:


  • The skills required to do a stand alone role (only person in Logistics)
  • Happy working in a small team with circa 10 in the office
  • Ideally experience of importing goods manufactured in China
  • Previous experience in an Operations import/export role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

This is an Office Based Role - Not Hybrid

What's on Offer:


Logistics Executive (Imports), Maidenhead Salary circa £25,000 - £32,000 plus competitive package dependant upon experience.
