Description
To provide an efficient audio, copy typing and word processing service for GPs and health professionals as required. This includes the typing of letters, reports, patient referrals, minutes etc. in an accurate and quality manner.To initiate outgoing telephone calls in order to facilitate timely and appropriate communications with others, taking messages and dealing with appropriate queries.
Have the ability to manage an ever-changing fast paced workload.To work flexibly to provide efficient, high-quality secretarial, administrative and support services to their team as required and to maintain office cover.
Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the Partners and Practice Manager.Confidentiality:
