Tate Recruitment are working in partnership with Diligenta and are recruiting for talented Customer Service Representatives to join their organisation in Edinburgh.

Standard Life, now part of Diligenta, a UK based FCA regulated subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a brand that has been trusted to look after peoples life savings and retirement needs for nearly 200 years and specialises in the provision of business process services for the Life and Pensions Industry.


Today, they serve millions of customers, who come to them directly, through advisers and through their employer pension scheme, and they're proud of the consistent high-level of customer service they provide.

We have various dates across June and July with opportunities that can lead to a permanent position.


Role responsibilities

  • Providing all policyholders with excellent customer service at every step of their relationship with Diligenta/Standard Life
  • Ensure you are providing each and every customer with an enjoyable customer service experience, by providing a high level of customer care and attention at all times
  • Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required
