Tate Recruitment are working in partnership with Diligenta and are recruiting for talented Customer Service Representatives to join their organisation in Edinburgh.

Role responsibilities
- Providing all policyholders with excellent customer service at every step of their relationship with Diligenta/Standard Life
- Ensure you are providing each and every customer with an enjoyable customer service experience, by providing a high level of customer care and attention at all times
- Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required
