Duties and responsibilities include:

Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising trading system parameters
Liaising with the technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems
Following the company's operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitoring and analysing client trading activities and exposures, and managing the company's market exposure in various asset classes
Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries
Communication with counterparties
Keeping up to date with financial markets and conducting market research

About you:

Qualifications in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or any other related field are an advantage
Analytical and problemsolving skills
High level of numeracy and attention to detail
Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning/afternoon/night)
Experience working in a fastpaced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly
Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and be able to deliver accurate results in a timely manner
A good team player and responsible approach to managing tasks
Investments or Securities Certificate qualifications will be considered an advantage
Advanced MS Excel skills and SQL will be considered as an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with any other language considered an advantage
