Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the PDx income related financial planning and reporting processes/mechanisms, while shaping the strategy for analyzing segment income performance.
  • Responsible for owning segment income forecast cycles (both short term and long term), coordinating the required inputs, and creating standard work to estimate segment performance effectively and reliably; own the FP&A calendar to ensure the required organizational financial deliverables are met.
  • Support the PDx Organization with centralized reporting capabilities that drive greater visibility to financial and operational metrics. Invest in improving reporting processes through standard work and automation.
  • Track segment financial performance at a granular level and measure against internally and externally communicated targets and financial guidance; proactively identify any points of variation to highlight risks and opportunities timely.
  • Own the Segment EBIT walks, driving standard work to enhance the understanding of segment performance that can be communicated clearly with management and operating teams; Partner with PDx FP&A Executive to prepare Monthly Operating Review materials, as well as other analysis as required.
  • Lead the Income Statement monthly closing and reporting, working with Controllership, Regional Finance, and crossfunctionally across the business to provide meaningful, reliable monthly performance insights.
  • Own the PDx Investor Relations and Earnings process in the lead up to GE HealthCare Earnings, including preparation of the earnings script, key messages, and Q&A documents.
  • Lead the PDx FP&A Centre of Excellence Team (7 associates), determining how best to standardize FP&A processes while creating an atmosphere of inclusivity across the team.
  • Lead the financial articulation of the 3year long term strategy and financial plan, as well as the annual budget process for the segment; coordinating with the regions, functions, and supply chain to build scenarios and detailed analysis to support capital allocation decisions

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills. with demonstrated ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple inputs and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to communicate financial performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations across the PDx finance team and to other senior PDx leadership
  • Ability to build/create new processes with a bias for standard work and automation; comfortable navigating financial/nonfinancial ERPs and associated systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient at being able to flex between detail and highlevel dependent on the circumstance
