We are very excited to be working with a new client in Central Bristol who offer exceptional training, progression and work life balance.

With continued growth a need to increase the head count of all financial teams across the business and with this, several new Credit Control positions are now available.


Your role will include:

  • Be a point of supervision and assistance to the wider Credit Control team
  • Aid the Credit Manager or Assistant Credit Manager with training, one to one, call escalation and other more senior duties.
  • Diligently follow all cash collection and credit management policies as set out by the business.
  • Proactively own the collection of debts as and when they fall due, for their allocate portfolio.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and standards are always met.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Other adhoc tasks as delegated by the Credit Manager or Assistant Credit Manager.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Loyalty bonus

Experience:


  • Credit Control Supervisory /
Team Lead: 1 year (preferred)
