Due to continued success this local company is now looking for a temporary Receptionist with the potential for the position to become permanent, the Job Offers The Perfect Starting Point For An Office Reception Role you will be the first point of contact for Visitors and assist the existing team

General Admin Duties
Front Of House Reception
Answering and Directing Calls to different departments
Meet and Greet Clients
Transfer information quickly and accurately

We would expect the successful Receptionist to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, an excellent communicator both written and verbally, well presented with a friendly face to face manner, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise own work load, this would be an ideal role if you have previously worked in a customer facing position
