You will be reporting to the local HR Manager, to bring your acquired recent HR advisor/generalist experience and skills along with your enthusiasm for all things HR, to support on a day-to-day operational level.

Description

  • Support site and line managers delivering on all employee engagement activities and site focused training initiatives.
  • Working closely with the HR Manager to deliver on DE&I, mental health and wellbeing initiatives including ensuring internal communications are updated regularly.
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team on supporting recruitment as required.
  • Lead on establishing an apprentice academy across both sites (engineering and process manufacturing focused).
  • Coordinate performance management and employee relations processes, providing accurate guidance and support in all HR processes and enhancing manager capability.
  • Reporting on employment related data inputting data, analysing results from systems and forecasting.

Profile

  • Proven experience of working in an HR team ideally in a shiftbased environment.
  • Completed CIPD level 3 as a minimum or strong HR equivalent experience.
  • Able to advise stakeholders effectively on employment matters.
  • Experience of working on general MS Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, well as with HRIS systems including inputting and reporting on data.
