You will be reporting to the local HR Manager, to bring your acquired recent HR advisor/generalist experience and skills along with your enthusiasm for all things HR, to support on a day-to-day operational level.

Description

Support site and line managers delivering on all employee engagement activities and site focused training initiatives.
Working closely with the HR Manager to deliver on DE&I, mental health and wellbeing initiatives including ensuring internal communications are updated regularly.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team on supporting recruitment as required.
Lead on establishing an apprentice academy across both sites (engineering and process manufacturing focused).
Coordinate performance management and employee relations processes, providing accurate guidance and support in all HR processes and enhancing manager capability.
Reporting on employment related data inputting data, analysing results from systems and forecasting.

Profile

Proven experience of working in an HR team ideally in a shiftbased environment.
Completed CIPD level 3 as a minimum or strong HR equivalent experience.
Able to advise stakeholders effectively on employment matters.
Experience of working on general MS Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, well as with HRIS systems including inputting and reporting on data.
